The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All foods were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employee demonstrated knowledge of proper heating temperatures. Observed active managerial control via cleaning checklists. Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods.
