The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Covid-19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and organized. Observed excellent personal hygiene practices. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed excellent date marking procedures as well as organization to prevent cross contamination. Employee demonstrated proper cook off temperatures. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. All food is from an approved source.
