3-304.15 (A) / GLOVES, USE LIMITATION
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed an employee cracking raw eggs then handling RTE toast without changing gloves.
Single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation.
Action Taken: Employee discarded the toast and washed their hands before putting on a new pair of gloves.

3-305.11 / FOOD STORAGE

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Repeat (Repeat X2) The RIC (cookline) had an ambient temperature of 50F. The PIC stated the TCF foods located in the cooler (internal temp between 50F and 60F) had only been moved there from the WIC 3 hours prior. The seal on the WIC door was torn, though the cooler was maintaining a temperature of 40F.
Move all TCF foods to a working cooler to bring the internal temperatures back down to 41F or lower within 1 hour. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 04-Oct-2023
5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK

This is a routine inspection. Due to multiple repeated (X3) priority foundation violations such as 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser Availability and 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision, an office conference will be scheduled. You will receive a notification in the mail with the date of the conference. The office conference fee is $100 and the second follow-up fee is $120, both are due at the time of the conference.
