This staff at this facility need to clean on daily basis in order to prevent an accumulation of food and debris. On food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment. Remember that if the violation marked repeat occur on the next routine inspection, you will be required to appear at an office conference with the GCHD food service supervisor.The violations cited in this report were discussed with the PIC. Correct the violations as noted in this report.
