TODAY'S VISIT IS TO CONDUCT A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THIS WRITER ARRIVED AFTER THE LUNCH SERVICE TO FIND THE FACILITY BEING MAINTAINED IN A MANNER THAT IS COMPLIANT WITH THE FOOD CODE. ALL FOODS WERE BEING HELD AT THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURES, STAFF WERE OBSERVED TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOODS AND ALL STORAGE AREAS AND THE KITCHEN ARE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. ******THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS CITED DURING THIS VISIT****** |
