Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Coleslaw, cut lettuce, and sour-cream holding at a temperature between 50-53F from two hours prior per operator, all stored in the waitstation reach in cooler.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F.
Action Taken: PIC stored noted food items in another cooler that is functioning properly.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
