3-501.16 (A)(2), (B) / POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD, COLD HOLDING Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Several food items in the top of the prep unit were at 50-55 degrees F. Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F ACTION TAKEN: The foods that were above 41 degrees had only been in the unit about an hour. The items in question were relocated to the upright cooler that was below 41 degrees F. |
6-501.111 (A-B), (D) / CONTROLLING PESTS Core Item Mouse droppings were observed in the cabinet under the pop station. It is not clear if there is an ongoing infestation or if this was evidence of an old problem. Thoroughly clean the cabinet to remove all evidence of mice so new activity can be easily detected.
