Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. The PIC has demonstrated her knowledge of the food code effectively. There are no violations to report at this time. This facility has met the following requirements: They has NSF ANSI 53 filters on the ice machine and two pop/ice machines. They flush the water lines for five minutes each day before use. The coffee machine line is flushed 1-2 minutes daily also.
