This facility is extremely clean and maintained. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints and handwashing techniques observed. 4-hour timer set for wash, rinse and sanitize of knives and cutting boards. There are no violations to report at this time.
