Todays inspection was held in conjunction with the "Greek Festival". The PIC has demonstrated his knowledge of the food code effectively. Notes: The volunteers hand wash as necessary; Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance; All hot and cold food temperatures were found in compliance; A health policy is in place and enforced; Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. There are no violations to report at this time.
