This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures were within the safety zone. Time is used as a control for middle prepline foods. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use was observed. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper thawing observed in WIC. Burgers are heated from frozen. Cooler thermometers, food thermometers, and test strips were available. Steritech Pest control services the facility monthly. This facility is clean and well maintained. No violations at this time. |
