Dish machine was not dispensing sanitizer. Repair machine so that it is dispensing sanitizer. Use 3 compartment sink to sanitize dishes until machine is repaired. | 6-501.11 / PHYSICAL FACILITIES - GOOD REPAIR Core Item Observed a leak in the kitchen, storage area, and mens bathroom. The ceiling tiles in these areas are missing and/or broken allowing water to leak in to the facility and causing the floor to be wet and slippery. No food is affected by the leak. | The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. All food was from an approved source. Proper heating and holding temperatures were observed. Proper personal hygiene was observed. Violation 4-501.114 requires a follow up that shall occur no later than 3/1/23.
