4-501.114 / MANUAL AND MECHANICAL WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT - SANITIZER NOT BEING USED PER MANUFACTURER
Priority Item Observed the sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the dishwasher is at 0 ppm. Dish machine was not dispensing sanitizer.
Repair machine so that it is dispensing sanitizer. Use 3 compartment sink to sanitize dishes until machine is repaired. Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly. Correct By: 01-Mar-2023
6-501.11 / PHYSICAL FACILITIES - GOOD REPAIR
Core Item Observed a leak in the kitchen, storage area, and mens bathroom. The ceiling tiles in these areas are missing and/or broken allowing water to leak in to the facility and causing the floor to be wet and slippery. No food is affected by the leak.

The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

All food was from an approved source.
Proper heating and holding temperatures were observed.
Proper personal hygiene was observed.

Violation 4-501.114 requires a follow up that shall occur no later than 3/1/23.
Violations 6-501.11 requires a follow up that shall occur no later than 3/23/23
Fl 289.2129 will require a follow up that shall occur no later than 4/24/23
