Arlene & Karlee were the PICs at a routine operational evaluation conducted today. One Priority, one Priority Foundation, and one core violation were cited. The Priority violation was corrected. A health policy remains in effect. Good practices & procedures are known & were observed to be in use. The establishment,although very old, is generally clean & neat. |
