Observed several stored knives with visible soil/food debris

Observed lack of proper procedure to wash, rinse, sanitize food contact surfaces such as cutting boards, knives, and scoops.

4-601.11 (B-C)/EQUIPMENT, NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES, AND UTENSILS
Observed buildup of grease, food, and debris accumulating around and under grill/stove, side of the grill, near ice machine, and under wire shelving in dry storage areas.
Clean non-food contact surfaces and maintain adequate cleaning schedule to prevent buildup of debris, grease, and food. Correct By: 24-Apr-2017 Action Taken: Observed grease buildup and food debris had been cleaned up in areas listed above.

Observed overall uncleanliness of facility, specifically at wall/floor junctions, on walls, and behind equipment and grill

All violations except 4-501.11 had been corrected upon arrival for delivery of report. See attached manual signature of routine inspection report.
