Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the walk in cooler. A package of raw chicken was found stored on top of containers of chili and potato soup.
To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods on the bottom most shelving below and away from cooked and ready to eat foods.
Action Taken: The raw chicken was moved to the bottom shelving as required.

5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsink being used for storing the ice bin covers during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: The ice bin lids were removed from the bar hand sink as required.
