This is a change of ownership inspection for Grand Blanc Dairy Queen located at 2251 E Hill Rd in the city of Grand Blanc. Kitchen staff remains the same. Menu is same as existing. Limited menu consisting of ice cream and hot dogs at this location. No Changes to prior equipment. PIC demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling procedures. All holding temperatures found to be in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. Payment of $360.00 for annual food license fee received in office. Receipt #4023 No follow up is required at this time.
