The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Certified Food Managers have been updated.
Observed proper hand washing and utensil use.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone.
Observed proper cold holding temperatures of delivery truck during delivery.
Sanitizer concentration is proper.
All foods are from an approved source.
Proper thawing methods observed under refrigeration (salmon is removed from packaging before thawing).
