This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Employees observed using proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use. Time is used properly as a control for dry chicken batter. Foods on the cold buffet line are made in small portions, and replaced every 2-3 hours. Cooler thermometers and food thermometers are available. Proper date marking and separation observed. Rose Pest Control services the facility monthly; no pest activity observed. Employee health policy in effect.
