| This is a routine inspection. At this time proper glove use, hair restraints and hand washing were observed. Food thermometer, cooler thermometers, and test strips are available. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper thawing was observed in the 3 Door RIC. All cold holding temps were within the safety zone, no hot holding was taking place at this time. The facility is serviced monthly by Rose Pest control; no evidence of pests at this time. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. No violations at this time. |
