This facility is extremely clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints and handwashing and food handling techniques observed. Separation of raw meats/eggs from ready to eat foods observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
