Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed fried chicken under the hand sink holding at a temperature of 72°F. Operator stated the chicken was cooked last night and was recently pulled out of a cooler.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
Action Taken: Staff discarded the box of fried chicken. Correct By: 10-Jul-2019

Comments
The facility was cluttered due to lack of space. All equipment was maintaining temperatures with in the safety zone for hot and cold temperatures.
