This facility is extremely clean and maintained. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Datemarking system in place. Separation of raw meats and ready to eat foods also observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
