4-501.11/GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION One of the kitchen reach-in coolers was reading 60 deg F. Maintain equipment in good repair. A call has been placed for repair. All the food was removed and moved to the walk-in cooler except potaotes that were thrown out. Correct By: 31-Jul-2015 Action Taken: REACH-IN COOLER HAS BEEN REPAIRED.

6-202.15/OUTSIDE OPENINGS, PROTECTED The back door has a gap on the bottom. To prevent the entrance of insects and rodents make appropriate repairs. Provide a sweep on this door. Correct By: 11-Aug-2015 Action Taken: A SWEEP HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE DOOR TO ELIMINATE THE GAP.
6-301.14/HANDWASHING SIGNAGE No handwashing signage is provided at employee handwash sinks located in the restrooms. Provide a sign or poster at each employee handwash sink that reminds food employees to wash their hands. Correct By: 11-Aug-2015 Action Taken: HANDWASHING SIGNS HAVE BEEN POSTED.
