3-304.14 / WIPING CLOTHS AND WORKING CONTAINERS, USE LIMITATION Core Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Repeat x 2 Wiping cloth observed lying on counter and not completely submerged in sanitizer water. Store wiping cloths in container of sanitizer solution when not in use. Action Taken: Employee stored noted cloths inside sanitizer water bucket. |
