No violations observed today. The facility is very clean and well-organized. Raw and ready-to-eat foods are properly separated in storage. All hand sinks are accessible and fully-supplied. Salad bar was put-away at the time of the inspection. Facility is now serving the spring & summer menu. Storage areas are clean, dry, and free of debris on floors.
