Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. Notes: A remodel is scheduled for the kitchen over the summer of 2013. Plans and fees were submitted on 3/19/2013. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. Hot and cold food temperatures were found in compliance. There are no violations to report at this time.
