The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Proper heating temperatures were observed. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed proper hand washing and glove/utensil use while handling ready to eat foods. Observed proper date marking. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. Violation 6-501.11 has been corrected since the previous inspection. There are no violations to cite and no need for a follow up at this time.
