Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready to eats foods. Action Taken: Employee discarded the noted item, washed their hands, and put on gloves before handling RTE foods. |
5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed a used pot of oatmeal being stored in the cookline handsink. Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing. Action Taken: PIC removed the noted pot and instructed staff of proper handsink usage. |
