Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed two pans of spaghetti, one pan of spaghetti sauce, and a bag of house made taco meat without date marking. These noted items were prepared at the facility two days prior as per PIC.
Apply appropriate dates to above noted items.Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days.
Action Taken: PIC applied appropriate date markings on above noted items.

This was a routine inspection. All the food was holding at safe temperature. Facility wasn't serving any food at the time of inspection. PIC demonstrated good knowledge of food safety and personal hygiene. There is no need for a follow up at this time.
