Core Item Repeat The drain lines for the bar's 3-bay sink - sanitizing bay - & the ice bin right next to it are cut off, but have fallen dow in to the drain. These drain lines must be completely up out of the drain, an indirect connection via an air gap.
Cut off the lines or permanently affix them up out of the drain, so that the air literally flows between the end of the drain lines & the floor drain. This is to protect any clean dishes & food/ice, in case the drain backs up. Correct By: 21-Apr-2014

THE FACILITY OVERALL WAS FOUND TO BE CLEAN & NEAT. THERE IS A HEALTH POLICY IN EFFECT.
FOODS CHECKED WERE FOUND TO BE IN THE TEMPERATURE SAFETY ZONE - SEE CHART.
THE KITCHEN "ARCTIC AIR" AND THE EAST BEER COOLER ARE DOWN; SERVICE HAS BEEN CALLED.
