4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Observed the WIC had and accumulation of ice around the vents.
Remove ice from WIF. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 14-Aug-2023
5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed handsink being used for dumping food during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing. Hand sink near drive thru was full of ice, and hand sink in food prep area had pickles in it.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC removed above noted items from hand sinks.

Comments
The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during time of inspection. Proper personal hygiene was observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer specifications.
