Raw shrimp batter was being stored on the same shelf as shredded cheese and lettuce, and above RTE macaroni and cheese. To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods below RTE foods. Action Taken: PIC relocated raw shrimp batter to store below RTE foods.  |
