THERE WILL BE A FOLLOW-UP IN REGARDS TO THE PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION ON AUGUST 17, 2015.
-- The facility operates under good procedures for food preparation and employee hygiene.
-- The PIC was very knowledgeable about responsibilities of a certified manager.
-- Observed proper thawing, cooling, and reheating procedures.
-- Employees observed washing hands properly and wearing hair restraints.

- The priority foundation violations from the previous routine inspections (5-205.11, 4-601.11, & 4-302.14) have all been corrected and new procedures are being followed to maintain compliance with the Food Code.
