4-302.14/SANITIZING SOLUTIONS, TESTING DEVICES
A test kit for chlorine and Quaternary ammonium is not available.
Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions. Correct By: 28-Feb-2022 Action Taken: Facility has been provided with quaternary ammonium test kit.
6-501.111 (A-B), (D)/CONTROLLING PESTS
Dishwashing area contains harborage conditions for insects. Observed multiple drain flies during inspection.
Remove all unnecessary items from this area to minimize harborage for all insects. Correct By: 23-Feb-2022 Action Taken: No evidence of pests at time of follow up inspection.
