This establishment is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Datemarking system and proper cooling procedures via shallow pans in cooler (monitored) in place. Ehrlich Pest Control, a licensed operator, services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
