Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Employee cracked eggs with gloves on then went to start ready to eat food without changing gloves or washing hands in between changing tasks.
Before working donning new gloves to work with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands.
Action Taken: Employee changed gloves then wash hands after being directed to do so.

6-501.111 (A-B), (D) / CONTROLLING PESTS
Core Item Flies observed in facility in kitchen area and other location. Facility is working with a licensed pest control operator.
Continue working with a pest control operator to eliminated noted flies. Correct By: 24-Feb-2023
6-501.12 / CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS
Core Item The walk in freezer floots are soiled with dry food debris, the walk in cooler floors are soiled, the floors behind cookline equipment heavily soiled with grease build up.
