| This was a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was overall clean and organized. Observed proper hand washing, glove use hair restraints and masks. All hot and cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone. Facility sent in-voice following the inspection to show work was done to repair leaking pipe. |
