Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Gloves are not being properly used. Observed employee handling raw burger then hamburger buns with same pair of gloves.
Discard contaminated bun. Single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation.
Action Taken: Bun was discarded. Sanitarian advised employee on proper glove use. Employee demonstrated proper glove use for the duration of the inspection. Correct By: 05-Dec-2017

This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. Pest Control services are implemented monthly by All in One pest control. Cooler thermometers and food thermometers are available. Consumer advisory is posted on bar cooler door. Please provide proof of ServSafe certificate by 12/19/2017 to atefft@gchd.us.
