Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the cookline reach in cooler. A carton of liquid egg whites was found stored next to Kale and chicken salad in the cookline reach in cooler.
To prevent cross contamination, separate raw foods from the ready to eat foods.
Action Taken: The liquid egg whites were moved to the walk in cooler shelving where the other liquid egg and egg whites are stored. No ready to eat foods were stored there.
