Raw fish was found stored above sauces and shelled eggs were found stored on the upper shelving with bok choi To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods on the bottom most shelving as required. ACTION TAKEN: The raw fish and shelled eggs were moved to the bottom shelving where other raw foods are stored as required. |
