Priority Item Corrected During Inspection No air gap provided on the drain line form the two and three compartment sinks. The drain lines were observed below the flood rim.
Provide an air gap between the drainline equipment and sewer system to protect water supply ACTION TAKEN: The drain limnes were raised out of the drain and zip tied to prevent it from dropping into the drai.

Core Item The dumpster is surrounded by several discarded pallets, a plethera of cigarette butts, and other debris.

Comments
Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. There have been significant improvements at this food service establishments in the last six months. A gazebo and a stage have been added to the outside patio seating on the front of the facility (closest to Grand Blanc Rd.)

Note 1:
Sanitizer levelswerefound in compliance.
All of the food temperatures hot and cold were found in compliance.

Note 2:
The stove/grill/ broiler on the left side of the cook line will be moved to Mike's Tavern in the not to distant future. The stove will be replace with a six burner stove per management.
