Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the three compartment sink is at 0ppm.
Add more chlorine sanitizer to the sanitizer sink basin to be able to sanitize food contact surface properly.
Action Taken: PIC added more chlorine sanitizer to the approved concentration.

5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed a bag of yellow peppers being drained inside handwashing sink in the back prep area.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing. Remove bag from noted handwashing sink and make it available for handwashing.
Action Taken: Employee removed above noted food item from handwashing sink.
