| THERE WILL BE A FOLLOW-UP IN REGARDS TO THE PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2015. -- The facility currently has a pest control problem with fruit flies throughout the facility. Abell Pest Control Inc. is the pest control company that is addressing the issue later this week. This office will follow-up with the facility in regards to this issue. -- The PIC demonstrated knowledge about food safety and the responsibilities of a food manager. -- Proper thawing procedures were observed during the routine inspection. |
