Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cook placing raw chicken in fryer with gloves on and not washing hands inbetween switching gloves for touching ready to eat foods.
Thoroughly wash hands inbetween changing gloves.
Action Taken: Cook was educated on proper hand washing procedure. Cook washed hands in between changing gloves.

3-302.12 / FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS WITH COMMON NAME OF FOOD
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed two clear containers of rice and flour with no common name labeled on the outside of the container.

Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed in-use knives being stored between the prep cooler and the soup heating unit.
Remove the five knives from current area and place them in a clean approved storage area.
Action Taken: PIC removed the knives and placed with dirty dishes before putting with other knives in a storage area placed on the wall.

Label the two spray bottles with common name of sanitizer.
Action Taken: Cook wrote on the spray bottles that they had sanitizer in them.
