Core Item Observed slime mold and debris build-up on ice dispenser and soda dispensers in the self service portion of drink station.
Equipment shall be cleaned more frequently and more thoroughly to prevent build-up of debris and slime mold.. Correct By: 18-Dec-2018
Comments
The facility was very clean and well organized. All cold holding and hot holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone. Observed proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints.
