5-205.15 (B) / SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Core Item *REPEAT* The drain lines for the bar's 3-bay sink - sanitizing bay - & ice bin next to it are cut off, but have fallen down into the floor drain . These lines must be completely up out of the floor drain - an indirect connection via an air gap.
Cut off the lines, which is actually the large PVC line down in the floor drain, so that it is up out of the drain by at least 1". This is to protect clean wares & the food/ice in the event of a backup. Correct By: 30-Oct-2014.
