Core Item Repeat (2) Ice makers have thick black accumulations throughout internal parts of the ice-maker. Owner indicated stains from external water source from the city however, the "stains" were removable as the inspector was able to wipe clean an area when verifying the "stains" because it does not appear visually as stains and are slime and mold.
Please clean at a frequency to preclude the growth of accumulations that can contribute contamination of food (ice). Correct By: 09-Sep-2019
