Todays inspection was a 30 day operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. Only one core violation was cited today as it pertains to the lighting in the WIC's. The PIC's have demonstrated their knowledge of the food code effectively. The sneeze guards for the pizza/salad bar have not arrived yet. Please contact Anthony Pavone at 257-3825 when you are ready to install the sneeze guards. Notes: All food temperatures were found in compliance, The employees hand wash as necessary, They have a date marking system in place ; Sanitizer levels were found in compliance It has been suggested that the PIC's come up with an emergency action plan for this food service establishment.
