One core violation for Sara Teuber to renew certified food manager (CFM) training that expired 6/11/2018. Rochelle Wilson the previous CFM is no longer employed here and was removed from the file today. Also one priority foundation violation for not having an appropriate food thermometer for thin foods such as burgers cooked. All handsinks are accessible and fully-supplied with materials to promote good handwashing practices. Food, dry items, and equipment storage areas are clean, dry, off the floor, and protected from sources of cross-contamination. Food suppliers GFS and Sofo. Units have accurate reading thermometers and a chlorine sanitizer test kit is available. All other areas in substantial compliance.
