Todays inspection was a pre-opening for the remodel of the kitchen at the above referenced facility. All of the items specified in the remodel with have taken place. The new hand sink was found properly supplied with soap, paper towel, and hot/cold running water. A sanitizer test kit was provided for the new dishwasher as required. Air gaps have been provided on all equipment requiring it. Final Approvals for plumbing permit # 22-00749 acquired on 12/8/22. Final Approval for mechanical permit # 2200749 acquired on 12/12/22. Final Approval for electrical permit # 2200414 acquired on 12/12/22. There are no violations to report at this time. You are approved to operate the new equipment.
